What are tokens?

Tokens are the credits used to generate content. Each content type (article, product sheet, web page) has a fixed token cost. Your monthly allocation renews at the start of each billing period.

Do unused tokens roll over?

No, unused tokens do not roll over to the next month. Your token balance resets to your plan's allocation at each billing period renewal.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can change your plan at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the next billing period.

How does billing work?

We use Stripe for secure payment processing. You can choose monthly or annual billing. Annual plans are billed once per year at a discounted rate. All plans can be canceled at any time.

What happens if I run out of tokens?

You won't be able to generate new content until your next renewal. You can always upgrade your plan for a higher token allocation.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing section of your dashboard. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
